Protection GPS is happy to offer our customers a 30 day, no questions asked exchange or return policy. If for what ever reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, just contact email at email@example.com to obtain our return mailing address and a return shipping label with postage. Refunds will be issued within 7 days of Protection GPS receiving the device, minus the cost of the return postage.
Devices must be in good physical condition and fully functional to qualify for a refund.
We also offer a 400 day factory warranty that repairs or replaces your tracker in the case of defects in engineering and/or manufacturing.
If you believe you have received a damaged or defective product, or if the product ceases to function correctly after installation, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a return label. If a device is deemed to be defective, we will ship you a refurbished unit free of charge.
Protection GPS is not responsible for any loss or damage to products in shipping from your location to Protection GPS.
The customer is responsible for installation/maintenance/service costs associated with the equipment. No installation/maintenance/service costs will be refunded if the product is returned.
